No-Knead Bread

Some days I think kneading bread is akin to meditation. And other days it feels like a  hideously tough session down the gym.  (One day I will give up exaggerating. I promise).
This then is for my "arms are dropping off" days.  I tried it and wonders will never cease, it works.

Don'tcha just love it when that happens?

I really LOVE your blog!... ;-D
Good work!!!
kisses from Portugal ;o))

Alison I started this bread off over 19 hours ago. I have just cut off a slice and slathered it in butter. It is sooooo good. I now have another batch on the go for tomorrow!

I've heard of this recipe for a long time, but never tried it. Thanks! I printed out the recipe and my dough is now on hour 15 of rising!

This is just *fantastic*. I personally cannot stand making bread because, I guess, I'm just too lazy to stand there kneading. This I like! This I will do! Thank you Alison. :-).

Wow! I have one of those Le Creuset pots - I've cooked just about everything in it, and bread could now be the next thing to go in it!! Must just watch it again and jot down the quantities now....

I would...but my bread recipe gets kneaded in the bread machine - I know that's cheating but it's just so much easier.

Well shoot! I wasn't planning to start bread for tomorrow, but that looks way too good and since you say it works...

I kinda like exaggeration... with moderation. Is that possible?? =) Blessings.. Polly
