Had to laugh as I just adore the movie 'Whatever Happened to Baby Jan?' I have watched it over and over, mainly for the decor. Yes, I am intrigued as to what these violet creams are as well. Have not seen them here in Australia. I need a reversable apron: one for good mummy and one for baby mummy days!

I'm curious about violet creams. You often write about them and I don't think I ever saw them in Canada. What are they? Can you link to a web company that sells them? It surely sounds very yummy.
