Mom's Recipes.

This is just lovely. With a  collection of 242 scanned recipes from his Mothers recipe box, Phil G has created something which is both an astonishingly emotional tribute to domesticity and something akin to what I can only describe as a work of art....

This then is why we do what we do.

What a wonderful treasure! I plan on trying some of her recipes.

This recipe seems to have a family "term of endearment" attached. I can see the dining table scene now:

"O, Mom, you cooked 'Dog Food' for us!"

"No dear, it's 'Stuffed Green Peppers'"

In the end, good ol' Mother gave in and joined in the family joke anf added the family's own name for this dish.
